worked with them for several years, years ago, the claims we received were ones that everyone wanted to have. Progressively over time, the claims started dropping off, and it appeared we would only get claims that no one around wanted.

Cons

appears the turnover is getting high, With in the past few years, adjusters have been leaving one by one. The contractors that did the work, slowly kept leaving as well.

Pros

This is an excellent environment to learn corporate america. Each department is like working at a new organization. Lots of opportunities. Relaxed environment. Diverse for an 80+ year old company.

Cons

Older company which means things move slower. Some employees speak up some don't about issues. The culture change from old beige and dusty to new, hip and clean is moving to slow.
