Pros

Decent technology. Good coverage. Nice quoting system for Allstate-specific personal lines.

Cons

Not competitive pricing. Homeowners' insurance is very expensive on older homes. High pressure on agency owners to produce after reducing their renewal commissions from 10% to 9%. Can no longer call various operations departments, only chat. Buggy software, slow to implement technology updates.
