The pay can be good.
Cons
That good pay that I mentioned above....they take it away by charging high health insurance premiums. More and more jobs are being sent to India to workers for less money leaving employees here out in the cold. They don't give much notice for this and don't care how it affects their employees. They have now decided to pay us for ONLY ONE WEEK of pay on our August 30 paycheck and there is nothing we can do about it. There are career opportunities, yes. But if you pick up and move, it'll only be a matter of time before you're told your job is no longer needed.
