Pros

-Remote work -Lets you speak up and will listen on a consistent basis - Excellent direct management

Cons

-Changes Implemented weekly by upper management with no thoughts of affects -poor commission Structure -Will withhold commissions when leaving Since you aren’t "employed" at the time pay regardless of if you made the sales - Extremely sloppy operations with everything coming down to the wire or not thought out - consistently adds new things for you to complete daily but doesn’t remove work -offers programs only to certain groups based on immutable characteristics

Pros

I get a paycheck every other week.

Cons

The new VP of claims has made this job unbearable. Every second of your day is micromanaged. They want you in the field all day with no time for your desk work. Your raise depends on the surveys done by the customer. Even if the customer says you were great but complain about Allstate it goes against the adjuster. The workload in not manageable.
