Pros

Good vacation, management overall pretty good. 10 days working 4 off, good hotels.

Cons

Pay they are cheap, work load is brutal, and expectations with workload are unrealistic. I have been with them 2 years and new people make the same as me now because their pay scale is so low they had to raise everyone's pay higher due to the government rules. In two years my raise are now washed away due to this and even though I'm a senior person in this field with all our turnover I make the same as a new higher!

Pros

Pay, PTO, and benefits are great- even without monthly bonus opportunities pay is competitive and 28 PTO days are outstanding

Cons

Advancement is based on who you're close with stay tight with CORE and Timekeepers and you're golden. They'll tell you not to worry about metrics in training and to just follow the process but that's not acceptable for some leaders
