Pros

Local management, we have great benefits, the majority of the people I work with truly care about our customers and each other.

Cons

Senior management needs to understand we are nothing without our customers and the frontline employees. The technology hinders us instead of helping.

Pros

Ok place to start your career in the insurance field...just don't stay with the company for a very long time.

Cons

Managers are clueless and do not care about employees.

Pros

The Birmingham Express office is the most unprofessional place I've ever worked. Training is a joke, management is lazy, uneducated and uninformed. Occurrences are waived for attendance abusers and given to employees with real emergencies. There are no desk, just a board with a keyboard on it with employees stacked on top of each other. Employees are "coached" or told what they have done wrong in front of all the other employees but if your production is great, nothing is said to you. It's all about production. Rules are always changing in the middle of the game.

Cons

Medical insurance starts the first day of employment.
