Pros

Commitment to work-from-home employment. Essentially all corporate roles are remote. Offices are primarily used for "all hands" meetings, which may occur on a roughly quarterly basis.

Cons

Aggressive reorganization tendencies. Impactful layoffs occurred in each of the past 3 or 4 years, especially in technology-oriented roles.

Cons

Everything. It’s awful. Their practices don’t align with values. Shady management. Lack of transparency. Just don’t.
