      A good amount of PTO

      Micromanagement was rampant to the extent you were monitored both in calls, on your keyboard and mouse, as well as your screen.

      Pros

      Company events, and helping hand organization to give back to the ones in need.

      Cons

      Work every Saturday, never ending Schedule changes outside of normal business hours, dishonest, MODERATE DAY SWEATSHOP, care nothing for employees, attendance policy is rigged, occurrences only dropped if your manager approves, you have pto days but you can't take them, they closed the books for Pto and lied and said they were all taken just to make everyone work on Saturdays.
