Current - Insurance customer service

Pros

Great work environment and people. Work is Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You are constant learning on the job.

Cons

I was told there would be base plus commission but this is something that has never happened. Had I knowned that it would be nearly impossible to bonus, I would not have accepted such a low base salary.

There is lots of good opportunity if you are good at sales. High-pressure job. The company has a good reputation.

Cons

There are minimum sales targets. It can be difficult to turn bad leads into good customers. Coworkers can be a bit immature.
