Cons
Working for this company for over a decade time and time again they did mass layoffs only to turn around 6 months (and a day so they don’t get sued) and do a mass hiring. The Allstate way is to act without fully anticipating the impact to their customers. In their last round, customer service took the big only for “surprise” you can’t cancel customer service. So the quantity kept coming in with half staff. Ironically they had to offer overtime the same week layoffs occurred. Now they are losing the employees they kept because they want them to do double for the same pay. Everything this company does is in the interest of their (stakeholders) pockets. You can not be an honest company and not have your customers and employees in mind. Favoritism is the only way to advance. The place is no better than middle school cliques.
