Pros

Get to travel to different areas of the country. Deployments are 10 days on, 4 days off. Per diem is over $600 for each deployment. Cat pay is 175 a day and $200 on the weekend.

Cons

No per diem is deployed locally or at home. Jumps to 2 claims a day right after training. Work piles up fast if you don't stay on top of it. Have to close 3 or 4 claims a day to be eligible for CAT pay. Must document it too.
