Pros

No pros and not recommended

Cons

- Not at all employee oriented - Showing profits on the screens but kicking of employees in the name of business loss. - My whole team got laid off even newly joined employees also - don't expect any help from manager or colleagues even you newly joined the company, you are your own getting frustrated.

Pros

Allstate has an excellent culture in their finance department. Plenty of leadership and good opportunities for growth. Remote work is an additional bonus along with good benefits.

Cons

The pay is in the mid to low range for the titles in finance. Promotions are 50% if you are ready and 50% if someone else who has been in the role longer is ready. This means if you are of similar or better skill than another candidate who has been in the position longer then that candidate is more likely than you.
