CEO has vision, lots of smart ppl at the bottom, but management in the middle is a mess.

Pros

Great PTO and benefits, can work from home now with the pandemic.

Cons

Politics, red tape, having to constantly explain basic technical concepts to management repeatedly, senior management doesn't seem to like the fact that we got a permanent "work from home" designation and wish for us to return to the office eventually.
