Pros

Benefits are pretty good tons of PTO days

Cons

management can be pretty screwy. you never know who you're gonna work for and the pay is terrible. they say its competitve but its not for this particular job. i reccomend the employer but not the job

~Tries to be flexible with home/work ~A lot of employee appreciation events ~Co-workers are great

Cons

~Always an expensive year, employees are expected to use minimal supplies, while management spends flavishly ~Don't always count on a raise, 1.5% was company average in 2012 ~Management has a do as I say not as I do attitude ~Customer not at the core of Company principles ~PROFIT is king ~Favoritism runs rampant ~Values newly hired, less tenured employees over experienced tenured employees

Upper management wants to outsource technology because cheaper not better quality. Short timelines - commit to project dates without understanding complexity Difficult to let go of resources that are not doing their job
