Pros

-Flexibility -Benefits start day one -Co-workers are great

Cons

-Salary is under market unless you have worked there for 15+ years. Those that have been there a long time do not pull their weight in work and gripe about everything but yet they are making double or more than others doing the exact same job. You are paid on how long you have been with the company and not your position. 3% salary increases do not even keep up with gas prices. -Allstate is in the middle of a "culture change" so we will see how that goes....

Pros

You are truly self-employed. Theoretically, you're income is unlimited, but it is limited by the lack of new auto and home customers.

Cons

They have saturated the area with RR's The high auto premiums are causing the Agents to loose more customers than they are getting Low, low commissions and incredibly good ole boy group, if you're not one of them, forget it. Sales staff morale is at all time low thanks to CEO's company direction to the internet The only reason most of the upper management move here is to work 2 more years and retire, that's a quote from one of them
