      Pros

      Most of my co-workers are pretty friendly and helpful. Office is in a good location with an easy commute.

      Cons

      Forget using PTO to go home for major holidays, it's not going to happen...unless you've worked there for over a decade. Lots of nepatism. Poor work/life balance...late nights, Saturdays, Sundays...no holidays Poor pay...high performers get rewarded with more work, not a pay increase. Workload is extreme..you could be there 24/7 and never be caught up. They need to increase their staff. Management practices favoritism when it comes to enforcing office policies. Lack of initiative among some employees,

      Work at home flexibilty In pace with market salaries (not at the high end) Provide many vehicles for employees to learn on their own and provide ideas

      Benefits get lower and lower evry year especially in the health space Time keeping is still not with the time...too much micro management

      Great people to work with, great Brand.

      Cons

      Not enough people understand the business of insurance and the ones that did are no longer there. Unfortunately the current leadership doesn't understand that this problem is critical.
