Pros

Allstate has a lot of great health and well being benefits along with a good salary and end of year bonus for meeting and exceeding set targets

Cons

It’s all set shifts starting from 1pm - 9pm going to 6pm-2am so can be difficult to work around with family and social life

Pros

Good culture. Work life balance

Cons

Nothing as such. Good company to work for so far. South Indian managers are sometimes too slick in understanding problems.

Pros

Employee benefits Flexible working but this is expected and not a privilage Nice furniture Bathrooms are nice

Cons

Inept management Silo mentality Pays lip service to agile delivery but refuses to reorganize along value streams/cross functional team HR forcing people onto the bench and giving them 90 days to find another job
