Pros

The new Compozed part of the company gives you access to agile and full stack training that really updates your skills. You get to work with the latest technologies and pairing is a great way to get new team members up to date.

Cons

it doesn't really pay to be loyal. People from outside get paid far more than people who stay at the company so jumping around is advised.
