Pros

Very flexible if you are a mom. They were very willing to work with my schedule dealing with dr. appointments and my children.

Cons

Pay is minimum compared to other pay levels in city.

Pros

Benefits are great, flixble schedules, PTO bank (not week of vacation like most places).

Cons

Promote work life balance, but don't always offer it. Promote tuition reimbursement, but don't want to allow the flexibility of schedule needed. Pay raises used to be good, now...not so much.

Pros

The opportunity to own your own business and manage your own time is a great thing. The flexibility of owning your own business

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals. Moving farther and farther away from agent sales and towards an online sales program. NO benefits, completely independent.
