Pros

Great work enviroment. Great benefits. Lots of vacation time. Salary is decent. Employee are recognized for their hard work. Good pension plan.

Cons

Due to the bad economy, Allstate have not hire anyone for months. That means that we are not replacing the people that we are losing which equates to more work for everyone! It also seems like they are eliminating alot of incentives for employees due to budget restrictions.

Pros

The people at Allstate really make the job. I didn't encounter one person that wasn't willing to answer some questions or lend a helping hand.

Cons

The work environment seemed slower than other places. For some this may be desirable, but I feel this isn't the best place to start a career.
