Pros

The people, the products, the name, Allstate - since 1931.

Cons

Let people use their critical thinking skills sometimes, rather than rely on rules and computers all the time. (I'm talking about underwriting here) It would be nice to be credited with having a brain and decision making skills. Also, systems are outdated and need upgrading - that would be nice.
