Work life balance

Pros

The work-life balance is exceptional. Your career may be in a holding pattern, but for many people the amount of paid vacation, and easy work work more than compensate.

Cons

If you have strong ambitions, or a natural aversion to bureaucracy then this will be a trying expecience. It is a large company that reacts slowly to change. People have settled in for the long run.

Pros

Large, stable company. Great opportunities for advancement. Flexibility in work/life balance. Hours are fine. Really good location. Really friendly coworkers.

Cons

Relative rating. Poor communication. Budget cuts in things like recognition. Combining community service and recognition events. Dropping some of the flair that the internship had.
