Pros

4 weeks of PTO time when hired in (replaces sick time). Education reimbursement program. Flexiblity to move parallel within organization.

Cons

Chance of advancement is slim. Company promotes flex time, but recently my office switched to standard shifts, which restricts the use of flex time drastically.

Pros

If the attempted realignment of the company is successful, the place may end up being a good place to work. Offers tele-commuting.

Cons

Like many companies, they are engaging in a cost cutting initiative throughout the company. Many of the IT jobs are being off-shored. Career advancement has been very limited.

Pros

The opportunity to own your own business and manage your own time is a great thing. The flexibility of owning your own business

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals. Moving farther and farther away from agent sales and towards an online sales program. NO benefits, completely independent.
