Don't be fooled by the pay

Pros

Benefits are decent and available immediately.

Cons

Training is horrible. The first two weeks is all self-study for the state licensing exam. The classroom training afterward is okay but does not set you up for success once you hit the floor. Leadership doesn't really give concrete advice or help to manage the crazy workload, yet expects metrics to be hit. There is a lack of consistency throughout the claims departments and teams that only adds to the stress of the job. Not to mention, they rope you in with a great starting salary, failing to tell you that you will be working far more hours than you thought, at least, if you want to try to hit metrics.

AWFUL

Pros

Pay and benefits were all.

Cons

Management would treat you like dirt and since they are all friends with their managers reporting them to HR for mistreatment went no where and I was told I "misunderstood". 4 people from my team quit in a span of three months. But she still has her job and I suffer with extreme anxiety due to the job. Correction, not even the job, but my experience with the company.
