PTO's, one hour lunch breaks, working from home and my co-workers

Cons

Horrible management, low salary, horrendous work volume, no room for growth, you are expected to work for free on your personal time and unknowledgeable managers

Pros

The one reason I said with the company so long were the employees I worked with. That was the only positive thing about the experience.

Cons

The company expects far too much from their employees. Micromanagement abounds. Be prepared to be expected to work 10-12 hour days, work from home and work weekends. Long term employees are fearful that they will be targeted next for elimination as the company wants to get rid of the higher paid employees and replace them with lower paid employees. Benefits periodically change and not for the better. Any changes are to the detriment of the employee.
