Pros

Great training toearn how to sell auto, home, motorcycle insurance. Great benefits package

Cons

No upward mobility. Very rigid attendance policy, after 5 occurrences over 1 year, you are automatically terminated regardless of performance. All agents work in call center and micromanaged by WFM. New agents are placed in bottom tier which is difficult to climb out. Commission structure constantly changing.

Micromanagement and racism in FL office by supervisor ST. Favoritism shown to white employees. Going through darker shade employees work with a very fine teeth comb but being more lenient to others.
