Good place to grow, but best to not stick there for long time

Pros

-Lots of exposure to different technologies -Constant restructuring allows to learn new things -Very flexible PTO scheduling and work from home policies -Very solid IT processes

Cons

-Constant restructuring -Never had same manager for longer than a year, they seem to rotate them around which gets annoying -No extra pay for on-call rotation -No bonuses unless you are Sr. Manager and above -If you are underpaid don't expect them to bring you up to market value -All managers just toe the company line -Immense amount of red tape
