The people at Allstate are by far one of the best aspects of the company. I value the variety of relationships and opportunities that I had both professionally and personally. It's easy to get negative in any situation due to large company overhead and the constant shift in organization and leaders, but overall, it truly is a great company in comparison to many out there. Leading technologies, professional environment, and great work life balance (if you take control)
