      Some individual people are cool, real suffer together mentality

      Cons

      Pretty much all of it. Had to wear a full suit every day, in office every day even during COVID, cult like culture. You're expected to do crazy work loads for below market compensation, and when voicing any opposition you're met with dismissive comments about your work ethic or the will of the CEO
