The manager/s are brilliant to work for with a great work life balance. The work is interesting and varied and very topical.

Cons

Due to the size of the company there is not much potential for advancement.

Pros

Excellent flexible working, good benefits, great management and peer support. Really enjoy it day to day. Good progression opportunities. Amazing buildings, good working equipment and tech.

Cons

Some very archaic, overly-traditional values which can make it uncomfortable sometimes. The "Alltech way" is sometimes overstated and makes it feel strict.

Cons

Gossip is a common behaviour, but here it seems to happen frequently over small matters, which I find amusing / funny. Personally, I don't engage with or let it affect me, so it doesn't draw any drawbacks for me.
