Pros

Executive leadership team is driven, considerate and focused on the right things. The company growth is looking fantastic and I have one of my best bosses of my career. Highly recommend.

Cons

Company is a mid-sized company and in a growth mode so things are changing. While the change is all good, it is change, and difficult for some. You need to be willing help support it or it may not be for you.
