- good place to fill a job but not have a career - ever increasing list of responsibilities and tasks with little focus on process improvements ("trade-offs") seem to be leaderships favorite word. - were NOT expert in OKRs even though that is the methodology they support. they were trying at the leadership level though. - collaboration within and between teams is a work in progress for a remote company - focused on product not customers - india and us based team work opposite schedules but expected to collaborate. early mornings or late nights for both office bases. - too many priorities from all teams. - customers are sold "white glove" service and expect it.

Not too many. As mentioned, it's a fast-growing startup, so it brings along the same pros and cons of any tech startup when compared to other companies (ie, keeping up in a quickly changing environment).
