Pros

* Fast growing startup. Raised lot of funds. * Since interview bar is high, co-workers are of high standards * Quality of work is good. Assigned with features covering end to end flow. * Problem solving skills are put to use in daily work. That's the best part of the job. * Code review standard is good. * More over there is no politics to drive the employees to quit.

Cons

Nothing much to think of.

Pros

I will start off with this - Everything about this company is amazing. They have a really high bar for hiring which ensures you work with best folks in the industry. The CEO has a really great vision for the company. The amount of traction they have got till date is very rare for such a new product and such a small team. The initial tech team laid a an extremely good foundation for the product. The dev process is really smooth and better than I have seen in many of the best product based companies. There is huge opportunity to learn and grow here for tech people. Benefits like free snacks, regular team lunches and surprise gifts like Bose 700. On Diwali they delivered a microwave oven to every employees parent’s home (It was really thoughtful and gestures like these for sure help you build a family and not just a company). Finally the HR team has done a great job in setting up the right culture not letting it turn into another IT Factory.

Cons

Resource crunch. There is huge need to hire more employees as soon as possible.
