Pros

* awesome team * fully remote, very well done and improving! * more or less up-to-date dependencies * strong focus on culture (joint cooking classes, game nights) * pays proper salaries and incentives

Cons

* very strong ownership required (might not be an actual con, depends on the person) * codebase messy and buggy at some places * concepts are prepared half-heartedly sometimes - strong ownership required to get that fixed in development

Pros

* Extremely kind and caring coworkers. No big egos or rude coworkers to deal with. * Company is currently entering a growth phase and there's lots of opportunities for professional growth. * Senior management is very open with everyone about what's going on throughout the company, what the focuses and goals are, and where we're headed. * Very interesting technical problems to solve every day. Lots of area in the product to learn something new. * Engineers have a big say in product decisions, and are brought on for opinions early in the design process. * Good PTO policy, your manager will mandate time off if you haven't taken any recently. * Autonomy in your work. Ultimately you are measured by your results. * Company is remote and async first, allows for great work life balance.

Cons

* Company is still early stages, so benefits aren't yet top-tier (they do offer some good perks though, and compensation is competitive)
