-Great benefits for part-time employees which includes tuition reimbursement, 401(k), limited health insurance, and standby privileges -Coworkers are really friendly

Cons

- Can sometimes be difficult to work with coworkers since Aloha Air Cargo's parent company is located in Alaska depending on what position you work
