Director - My Title was Employee Service Specialist. I was scolded almost daily for helping employees with their needs. I was told to just refer them to the mainland or self service site, which is in Alaska. I was told to stop eating lunch in the lunch room so employees would stop talking to me. It was awful. I was let go because she couldn't trust me not helping employees.

Upper management, Honolulu headquarters, can't see beyond the tip of their nose. The company is losing AMT's across all islands and their response was to collect even more airline contracts. You're contracted out to 5 different airlines and get paid well below industry average. Seriously, TSA and the rental car companies are offering more money for their part-time positions. Quit reading this and just go apply to Hawaiian Airlines or Mokulele Airlines. Take great care of the first set of uniforms you're issued. Takes a couple months for a replacement, also don't bother asking about a jacket because they can't afford to supply you with one. Bring you're walking shoes, not enough operating vehicles around to get to your planes. Despite the obvious shortage of manpower over the years, be ready to justify every single minute of your overtime. You will hear about it from upper management.
