      Too Much work. Need more people.

      Pros

      Great people to work with. The local team is spot on. Get plenty OT if you like cause not enough guys for work the ramp and planes. Pay got better but still needs work to catch up. Time flys when get choke work to do.

      Cons

      Management only cares bout revenue and they no care about safety. Lack of communication and nobody knows whats going on. CEO doesnt have clue on what happens on the ground. Sad when our old GM left. Local boy that really cared about us on the ramp and took time to get to know everyone. Lots of works, most guys tired already
