Pros
Salary is higher than the others in the industry. Uniforms provided. Medical coverage is decent. Some of the employees are awesome to work with!
Cons
Unprofessional. Upper management is horrible! Favoritism by management with some employees. Employees get written up for everything and anything (including 1 minute late). I've never been written up in my 20+ career until I worked here. Unsafe work environment! Union reps don't know what they are doing and look out for themselves, the company and not the employees. Do as I say not as I do management. Retaliation by management and some of the employees is expected if you complain about something.
