Pros

The only positive aspect is the pay, which is somewhat competitive for the industry.

Cons

Aloha Petroleum suffers from a toxic work environment, largely due to the lack of effective leadership and poor management practices. The Retail Senior Manager is clearly unqualified for the role, resulting in decisions that are not only misguided but detrimental to employee morale and business operations. The company operates in silos, making communication disjointed and ineffective across teams. There’s no sense of company culture or community—employees are often left feeling unsupported and disconnected. Overall, it’s a frustrating place to work if you’re looking for professional growth or a collaborative environment.
