- There is no sense of career development, growth opportunities, etc.
- Compensation is pretty middle of the road.
- No culture whatsoever. One of the values used to literally be "Crazy Urgency", if that gives you any sense of how people act and communicate with each other
- On that same note, nobody really has any accountability
- There is no effort being put in to create any sort of culture. I understand that this is difficult being completely remote, but there are tons and tons of completely remote companies that do an amazing job. Learn from them.
- Doesn't seem like there is a focus on DEI whatsoever
- There's a lot of negativity, gossiping, putting other people down, etc. that nobody really tries to hide.
- Poor leadership
