      The team overall is good. Startup vibe with deadlines.

      Cons

      Too disorganized. Need a better planning for Qs -> This leads to a too tight deadlines. Top management needs to work on this more.

      100% Remote. Great people. Very friendly and pleasant atmosphere. Pioneer in defining Trading API.

      Cons

      Going through 2 CTOs in 1 year is never a good sign. Senior engineers with domain experience are leaving the firm. No commitment in addressing tech debt.
