Variety of tasks and projects. Good place to develop further professionally. Depending upon the team and project you are assigned to, you will have a good chance to get the best of working at this company.

Cons

Project locations / assignments may not be close to the office, so some travel may be necessary.

Its a decent place to work but there is little career advancement after you are part of the company. The work environment is professional and work standards are high.

Cons

The qualifications and experience do not matter for career advancement. People with better experience and qualifications are not rewarded well.
