      - Free Lunch(according to the management) (No other Pros)

      Cons

      - Creating a school environment - Micromanagement - No cooperation for work from home - Poor infrastructure as compared to other companies - Irregular hikes(once in 2 years. seriously?) - Non-cooperating management - No good projects(they call themselves a service-based company, but have no good projects with them) - Unrealistic deadlines - No flexible timings, even if you have some urgent work, they ask you to apply leave even for 1 hour
