      No pros at all, not anyone

      Cons

      No benefits to employee, u can't go outside of office for more than 1hours. People in US always watch you from webcam and keep eye on you. Giving a hell lot of salary to unnecessary people but don't care for those people who are really working for them.

      You will get your salary on time.

      First of all reviews which are able to see on glass door are fake. Believe me they are not professional at all and It's a worst company. 1) Toxic work culture 2) Poor management 3) Zero facilities 4) No Learning 5) No motivation 6) Political 7) No work life balance 8) Pathetic people Most employees who are already working are there family members. So, I don't this company to anyone. Thanks

      Salary on time and situated in mohali.

      Cons

      They will offer you a good package after that once you join organization nightmare start ,they will ask you to deposit money to allocate laptop to you as a security. If you are joining as java developer there is no team every body is already left.
