Pros

The company had multiple teams and point of contacts related to all queries. They always reply promptly when there are any questions/doubts. They provided me the highest compensation compared to other vendors who had the same client for the same level of experience.

Cons

Hikes weren't in picture even while they knew the employee is doing an amazing job.
