      Friendly, helpful, team players & hard workers. Cooperative and goal oriented collaboration. Very open and direct communication, and everyone is very responsible in their jobs.

      Honestly, it's challenging to come up with any significant drawbacks. Every workplace has its minor challenges, but Alpha Net does an exceptional job of addressing and resolving them promptly.

      Decent working space.

      Pros

      Good food, quiet working space, on-time salary, not much disturbance by HR.

      Cons

      As a developer, there are fewer disadvantages to working here but the common issue that everybody faces is that the salary is credited 15 days after your working period.
