Complaints and discussion of work related issues are immediately labeled gossip. They hire mostly college students to work as group leads, so at the end of their spring semester, everyone is scrambling to find coverage.

I would say the schedule is the best thing about it.

toxic work environment here. not a good place to work at and pay is too little. the managers don't care and don't fingerprint you which endangers the safety of the children.

Decent Pay for part time employment. Gota chance to meet a lot of great people. This is a great part time job for anyone who is in school in the morning or any one who has small children at home and is unable to work an 8 hr shift.
