Part time, morning and afternoon hours allow for personal needs in the middle of the day (school, etc)

Cons

Almost TOO much "teaching work" to have the children do, some just wanted to take advantage of getting their homework done and play (be kids) and sometimes that's all they really needed, not necessarily learning so much more.

Pros

There’s plenty of work to be done, staying busy isn’t an issue. The kids and families were easy to deal with. Staff trainings were always beneficial. Pay was great.

Cons

No support The feeling of being excluded from information from superiors. Area Managers barely were seen due to “being in the office” One area manager was let go/resigned and nobody gave news on what happened. We were just assigned a new area manager who didn’t support the same.
