      Pros

      -Child care experience -CPR certification -Providing a safe and fun environment for the children -The kids are really the best of the job

      Cons

      -Not a lot of financial benefits -Management does not have the best communication action skills -Be prepared to not go through the proper training (this was my case) -In order to move up, you had to be in the ‘click’ with office employees. Otherwise, they’ll make you do most of their job while they get the benefits and credit.

      Overall a Great Place to work with a couple downsides

      Good Hours Training Sessions are informative and helpful Coworkers Working with Kids Help you get CPR certification

      Cons

      No opportunity to get more hours Sometimes have to sub at other schools that are further away The mandatory training sessions are long and you don't get to schedule them
