      Pros

      Most of the people there are fantastic. Donuts or bagels on the last day of the month. Hours can be flexible depending on the department. A good place to learn about the printing industry. Small company

      Cons

      Location can be difficult to get to. No free parking. Company is a sinking ship. Owner is very old fashioned and a major micro manager looking over everyone shoulder. He doesn't trust anyone, including his senior leadership team. Sales are way down and people are either leaving on their own or being let go. And yet, the owner is keeping outside salespeople who bring in no sales.
